Return Policy

If you’re looking to return order for whatever reason, I'm here to help! I offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to the return and refund policy:

  • Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in the original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or damage.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact me through the contact page or by email [email protected]
  2. Include your name and order number in your email. 
  3. Once approved for a return pack up the product and ship to 330 Bannack Crt Missoula, MT 59801 (return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for normal returns)
  4. Once the item is received and inspected for good condition your refund will be issued.

Returns for damages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to me through the contact page or by emailing [email protected] with the following:

(1) Your name and order number, (2) what was damaged and to what extent, and (3) image(s) of the damage. It’s especially helpful to me if you can send any images of damage done to packaging, so I can adjust my packaging methods if necessary.

Damaged items will be replaced and if the item(s) you purchased is out of stock a full refund will be issued.
